OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an International Sales Director to lead our sales team in industrial laser and automation solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our international market presence (APAC) and achieve revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Build and manage a team of sales professionals and aftersales engineers to drive sales growth and solve clients’ issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, operations) to ensure effective sales execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
REQUIREMENTS: -
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Optical, Business or related field.
- Knowledge in laser or automation technologies, especially applications in IT, Semicon, Display and related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
