Responsibilities:
- Support the office on all administrative matters and ad-hoc orders (stationeries, pantry supplies, business cards, letterhead, festive items and etc.)
- Updating of staff information in database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Handles project insurance and its insurance claims
- Answering and filtering incoming telephone calls and receiving visitors and serve refreshments
- Manage office mails and couriers and handle any general correspondence
- Maintain an efficient system for filing and retrieval of documents
- Monitor deadlines and follow up actions in relation to equipment and assets maintenance
- Assist the Project Team such as project monitoring, scheduling, technical detailing and perform work task as assigned.
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as and when assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ / ’A’ Level / Diploma with minimum 3 yrs working experience preferably in M&E Construction companies
- Experience in ISO, OH&S, Compliance / Internal Audit, document control / filing system will be an added advantage
- Pro-active attitude, responsive, able to multitask well & eye for details
- Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and under pressure
