Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads for BeFound Studios’ skincare programs. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients/leads, nurturing initial conversations, supporting and setting up appointments for our program consultant.
This is a work-from-office position, perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is driven by the opportunity to grow client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively reach out to leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce them to our skincare programs.
- Qualify leads by understanding their skincare needs and ensuring a strong match between their concerns and BeFound skincare programs.
- Follow up on leads’ scheduled discovery sessions with our program consultants.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize show up rates and lead conversion rates.
Market Research:
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and contribute to the development of sales campaigns
- Act as the voice of potential clients by sharing insights and feedback from your interactions with leads, helping the sales and marketing teams refine messaging, strategies, and approaches based on real-world conversations.
Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with leads to foster trust and engagement during the initial stages of the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to ensure ongoing interest and answer any questions they may have about our skincare programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
- Passionate about beauty, skincare and makeup.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to engage and build relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative start-up environment.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools would be advantageous.
- Able to work on Saturdays (5.5 days work week).
