Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-tender & tender duties,
- Prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents costs estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take off
- Liaise with owner, developers, consultants, and sub-contractors
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims
- Procurement of contractors and suppliers
- Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts
- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager/director
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience in building construction projects
- Candidate who has experience in bungalows or semi-detached houses would be preferred
- Experience in the main construction industry
