As a Project Manager within our Web Development team, you’ll play a key role in transforming strategic visions into tangible results. You’ll oversee the full digital project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client business goals and reinforcing our commitment to growth and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management of digital solutions, ensuring that client business goals, timelines, and budget constraints are met.
- Progress Monitoring: Develop, track, and regularly assess project progress against established plans.
- Reporting: Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, showcasing key achievements, milestones, risks, and required plan adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Digital Expertise: Understand and communicate digital trends, address technical challenges, and make informed decisions with a thorough knowledge of the digital field.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire the project team to meet goals while adhering to Agile principles.
Key Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of experience in digital solution delivery and managing digital teams.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CMS; WooCommerce, Shopify, and Wix.
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
