Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct organizational strategies
- Draft and implement organizational policies and philosophies
- Oversee day-to-day business activities
- Conduct employees' performance reviews
- Create sound business plans
- Coach department heads
- Guide employees through their development
- Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission
- Ensure that the department budget is met

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Highly organized
- Highly ethical behavior

- Motivational skills
- In-depth knowledge of local labor practices and legislations
