Position Summary
• This is a senior position responsible for the management of all customer accounts and warehouse sites across Asia Pacific. The role needs to deliver commercial success and site operational excellence to meet P&L target in the organization. And this person will lead the teams across APAC of Sales & Solutions, Operations, Safety and Functional Team such as IT, Finance and HR.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of effective account growth strategies across APAC.
• Build and improve strategic relationships with client, and ensure service excellence is being achieved.
• Partners with Division President to articulate clear direction and strategy for the division and cascade to sites.
• Develop long and short-range plans and goals for the organization.
• Sets the expectation and drives operational excellence.
• Standardize the SOP for the organization and ensures all sites are performing robust SOP in accordance with defined standards.
• Take ownership of APAC P&L results including revenue, profit attainment, EBITDA, budgeting, and gap mitigation.
• Validate all new customer regarding to RFP, pricing and solutions.
• Key stakeholder in commercial discussions with existing customers and ensures that commercial decisions are in line with GXO direction and objectives.
• Manages labor costs and ensures organization structures are optimized to satisfy operations and service excellence
• Lead the team growth through people development and succession planning.

Qualifications Summary
Experience:
• 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, and experience across Asia Pacific countries will be required.
• Seniority of leading operations in a complex business environment
• Extensive exposure to environment involving complexity in logistics flow of technology industry
• Has Supply Chain operations (domestic and/or international) working knowledge of the following functional areas – transportation, distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, network analysis, materials management.
• Strong previous experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in complex warehousing/logistics environments
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA or other advanced degree will be preferred
Skills:
• Excellent organization leadership with situation management skill
• Inter-discipline skills for interaction of all business aspects in contract discharge, commercial impact, projects and operations management
• Operations and Project management knowledge
• Commercially oriented with financial acumen
• Logistics knowledge in technology industry
• Broad understanding of Supply Chain Management to appreciate customer’s material flow and planning
