Job Position: Managing Director

Salary Range: S$21,000 - S$24,000


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure effective execution and follow up of meeting resolutions
  • Draft and implement the company’s development plans and annual business plans.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead the organization responsible to mitigate risks and prevent major incidents.
  • Develop and implement internal governance structures
  • Monitor progress towards target goals and ensure completion of annual plans
  • Oversee the implementation of data analytics and reporting tools to enhance decision making capabilities

Position Requirements:

  • Position requires at least a total 25 years working experience, minimum 5-8 years of managerial role in companies related to the Home Furnishing/ Interior Design sector.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into actionable plans, particularly in the context of sales and interior design services.In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and logistics best practices.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles relevant to domestic trade and interior decoration services to ensure compliance and stability.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to drive operational improvements
  • Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development.
  • The position requires excellent communication skills, with a strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to meet with clients, attend conferences, and represent the company’s interests.
