The Activity Director, Asia will lead and drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions. Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team. Deploy data and research to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior leadership: Relaying information to department managers and directors, meeting with executives to develop strategies, and overseeing department projects
- Setting objectives: Working with the SVP to set goals and strategies, and providing guidance to departments and teams
- Identifying opportunities: Capitalizing on growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies
- Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Leading development: Leading the development of new products and services
- Representing the company: Representing the company at events and conferences
- Managing operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple activities to ensure efficiency and the delivery of the on-going and upcoming projects
- Making decisions: Making important company decisions, such as signing agreements or partnerships, and deciding on budgets
- Improving the company: Determining company success and deciding on improvements
- Providing reports: Giving job performance reports at board meetings
- Managing staff: Directly and indirectly managing staff to enhance their professional development and personal growth
- Training and mentoring: Forming and leading internal teams, and providing training and mentorship as needed
- Managing client relationships: Managing relationships with key clients
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Computer Science Discipline or Management
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, ideally in a relevant industry
- Good exposure to Salesforce, E-Commerce and other solution related Technologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results
- Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or client management roles
- Strong business acumen and influencing skills for business stakeholders
- Experience with Partner Management and Development
