Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 5 days office hours (8am - 530pm)
Salary: Up to $3K
Job Scope:
• Maintenance of machines and equipment
• Maintenance of tools, jigs and fixture. Requisition of duplicate tools and scrap of obsolete tools
• Support machine installation, trial run, troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment
• Support validation in sample preparation, trial run, data collection and testing
• Assist engineer in samples preparation, testing and data collection
• Update work instructions and document records for maintenance and production work
• Administration work (raise requisition forms in purchase, shipping, etc)
• Co-ordinate with suppliers, internal department for maintenance and calibration tasks
• Conduct internal on-the-job training for production operatives
• Participate in audits by internal and external bodies
• Other tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
• Min. Nitec in Mechanical technology/ engineering related field
• Min. 1-2 years relevant experience
