Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general cleaning in office – Vacuuming, washing of cups, replenish office/pantry supplies, taking care of hygiene
- Managing service vendors for regular aircon, office supplies purchasing, printer servicing, open letter box
- Collection of letters from banks or signatures from internal stakeholders as assigned by Corporate
- Courier/DHL letters after sorting to regional offices
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned (running errands at Bank)
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate via messenger such as whatsapp and MS Teams
- Able to use outlook for emails
- Part-time: 4 hours daily, 3 days a week
- Good in general housekeeping
