Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of interior fit out project.
- Work with project manager to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of project.
- Plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site.
- Source and brief sub-contractors for costing and execution
- Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss issues pertaining to projects on site
- Conduct site audit and measurement, site management and coordination
- Supervise all works and provide technical guidance on site
- Assist Project Manager to prepare BOQ, quotation and submission of tender/quotation during off site period.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Structural or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience preferably in interior fit out industry. Executive post will be consider with experience lesser than 3 years.
- Relevant experience in interiors & Mechanical and Electrical industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of all operational and technical aspects
- Ability to read CAD drawings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
- Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
- Willing to travel oversea for assignment ranging from 3 to 6 month is a must
