RESPONSIBLITIES
- Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing list,commercial invoice
- Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments
- Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications
- Update data into ERP systems timely
- Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
- Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
- Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Team player and committed to work
- Effective communication and co-ordination skill
- Preferred Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
