Job Description
- Process Arowana sales orders, including invoicing and administrative tasks.
- Handle the processing and fulfillment of online sales orders and logistics-related matters.
- Update sales and customer records regularly.
- Liaise with existing local customers regarding orders through online chat, phone calls, and emails.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain accurate product information, including promotional pricing and inventory.
- Analyze sales performance, market competition, and trends to suggest improvements.
- Involves in sales exhibitions.
- Keep detailed records of Arowana movement tagging.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min. O Level / Diploma Holder
- Preferably with some sales support experience
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Required to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking customers (in order to provide assistance, handle queries, request and concerns from customers)
- On Job Training will be provided
- Comfortable working in a fish farm environment
