Job Description:

  • Engage in conversations with customers to answer any technical queries with regards to product specification and application.
  • Pick up of customer's items & delivery of goods to customers.
  • Plan production scheudule & liaise with production team to ensure production schedule is align with delivery dates.
  • Inspection of goods prior to delivery.
  • Perform on-site servicing & installation of goods to customer's equipment.
  • Report back to supervisor after each delivery trip about delivery status and customer's feedback/queries/requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a class 3 driving license & must be willing to drive company's vehicle to deliver/pick up goods (2-3 times a week).
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Must have a pleasant personality to engage in conversations with regards to customers' queries.
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings.
