Position: Training Consultant - Financial Sector
Program Duration: 1 Year (with potential for permanent conversion)
Salary: S$4K + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- To improve product knowledge and soft skills, engage in structured training and development programs, including obtaining financial certifications (e.g., CMFAS).
- Work alongside senior financial consultants and mentors to understand industry best practices, shadow client meetings, and cultivate professional financial advisory skills.
- Acquire hands-on experience in real-world financial consulting situations and customer interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with financial products, market trends, and regulations to provide informed advice and customize customer solutions.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing strong relationships, and conducting financial needs assessments.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal policies, and company compliance standards.
