Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standard
· Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope
· Develop accurate cost estimates and detailed analysis for various construction projects
· Measure quantities, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordinate with suppliers to call for quotations for tender submissions
