Job Scope:
- BIM Model Management: Develop, manage, and update BIM models using software like Revit and Navisworks.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate coordination between design teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all stakeholders' models are aligned.
- Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks to identify and mitigate issues before construction begins.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate construction documents and reports, ensuring all models meet project standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all BIM models adhere to company and project standards for accuracy and quality.
- Project Support: Support the project team by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the BIM process runs smoothly.
- BIM Standards: Ensure compliance with national and project-specific BIM standards, maintaining best practices for model sharing and collaboration.
Requirements for the Position:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative team environment.
