Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding/offboarding arrangements.
- Manage Expatriate Administration: work pass applications, income tax declarations, housing support, salary, medical, and educational submissions required by HQ.
- Liaise with external government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, CPF, and manage internal employee communications.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of local HR experience, with knowledge of the Employment Act and local manpower legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with our Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- High sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- High professional ethics and a strong sense of confidentiality.
