We are looking for this role will directly report to the CEO and is exciting as the company is intending to reposition itself in the market.
Responsibilities
- Positioning and Branding
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute brand and communication plan for iCompaz, keeping in view its services and solution, in consultation with Sales, respective functions and Marketing. The branding/ positioning is to cover all stakeholders including customers, partners, employees (current and prospective), Industry et al.
- Events
Organize CXO events, help the company participate in Industry events, Identify and organize speaking slots for the company leaders.
- Digital
Strategize and execute Digital Marketing through LinkedIn and other relevant channels, Work with respective stakeholders to overhaul the website and ensure it is continuously updated
PR. Help the company with PR as needed.
Requirements
- Does not require any visa sponsorship
- Degree holder
- 10-15 years professional Marketing experience within Technology sector in Singapore and South East Asia
- Exposure to overall marketing function covering strategizing, branding, Digital Marketing, creating content, PR
- Hungry, motivated and self driven
- Ability to communicate, present and influence different levels
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
