Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement creative, interactive lessons tailored to preschoolers, focused on building Chinese language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Classroom Management: Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment, encouraging curiosity and engagement in young learners.
- Individualized Attention: Assess students’ individual needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly to help each child progress at their own pace.
- Language Immersion: Use immersive teaching techniques to enhance children's language retention and comprehension.
- Parent Engagement: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress, celebrating achievements and discussing areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to foster a cohesive and supportive school culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching Chinese language to preschool-aged children (preferred).
- Certification: ECDA certified teacher in category [L1/L2/EY1/EY2]
