Job Highlight:
- Position: Accounts / Admin Assistant
- Location: Orchard
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus

Job Function:
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring a smooth workflow. Maintain attention to detail with numerical data and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations in financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and support accounts department in daily administrative work(s) and documentation
- Basic book keeping preparation
- Performing data entry and managing general ledger postings
- Aid in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes for accurate financial reporting
- Assist accounts department during internal and external audits
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholder(s) as and when needed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification
- 1 year of working experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot and Vlook-up will be added advantage
