Seeking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and handle the financial and administrative operations for both our Hong Kong and Singapore portfolios. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning across various areas, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, expense management, and administrative support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Day to day accounting function: AR/ AP/ bank reconciliation
- Prepare vendor payments vouchers
- Update comments on accounts receivable daily, follow up with customers regarding payment to ensure timely payment of debts
- Handle disputed accounts and negotiate to bring suppliers/ customers into line with agreed terms
- Provide support with generating all invoices on monthly basis, ensuring that the appropriate tax rate is applied and charged on all invoices
- Prepare month end closing entries/ schedules
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Prepare VAT reconciliation to GST reconciliation
- Assist in audit and any office/ employees related renewals.
- Perform other finance & administrative responsibilities as necessary
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Singapore corporate and tax requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Adaptable and independent worker with a high level of integrity
- Good computer skills/proficient in MS Office applications
