Responsibilities:
- Handles Export Sea Freight / Air Freight documentations.
- Bill of Lading / Master Airwaybill draft submission to service provider and follow up for a set of export permit for every shipment.
- Preparing of commercial Invoices, issuance of cargo insurances, application of various relevant certificates, arranging of documents to Embassy for legalisation if required.
- Download relevant certificates issued by factories via in house system.
- Back to Back Certificate of Origin application via Tradeweb system.
- Shipment advice & full set of shipping documents to buyer via email upon vessel/flight departure.
- Submission of full set of documents to bank for DP, DA, LC terms in compliance with LC requirements.
- Monitoring incoming payments advice from Accounts department for TT terms & ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to buyers accordingly.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Maintain proper documentation record into in house system and server.
Requirements:
- Min higher education in related field
- At least 2 years of experience in import/export/custom permit declaration
- Able to communicate efficiently and effectively
