Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, personalized assistance to customers in-store, by phone, or through email, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, including POS, NETS, and credit card processing.
- Assist with sales and operational tasks to maintain smooth daily store functions.
- Keep shelves stocked and organized, and contribute to store housekeeping to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Support the Store In-Charge with any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Previous retail experience, especially in the healthcare sector, is beneficial.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Conversational ability in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong customer service focus, a friendly attitude, and reliability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
