Job Responsibilities:
- Support the QC/QA Manager in daily quality control tasks for Ready Mix Concrete production, including mix design creation, raw material testing, report generation, and addressing customer complaints.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO standards, project/site requirements, and internal protocols.
- Develop innovative concrete products and solutions to meet market demands.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to plan QC/QA activities effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all test data and reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities.
- Assist in maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in the lab.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or a laboratory setting.
- Candidates with less experience will receive appropriate training.
