Monitor and review compliance with authorities and external education partners of courses offeredCoordinate, organise and facilitate industry consultation for the ongoing improvement of curriculum, courses, and training delivery and assessment
Develop articulation and collaborative partnerships with universities & institutions
Review of APSR Policy and Procedures related to the Academic Department
Maximise utilization of academic resources through teaching allocations
Monitor and review the performance of teaching staff through teaching observations
Managed the academics to achieve targeted passing rates for the various courses
Monitor and review student development, student satisfaction and academic progress
Promote a customer-focused environment by promoting student activities, receiving student compliments and minimizing student complaints
Achieve customer satisfaction based on targeted scores for the Overall Student Satisfaction Survey
Contribute to the company’s performance by encouraging staff suggestions and implementation of new processes for productivity improvements
Achieve student outcomes as evidenced by the Student Graduation Survey score
Organise or conduct EduTrust/quality-related training and sharing sessions for teachers/lecturers

PRE-REQUISITES:
1) Minimum academic level: Master's Degree in Business Management/Education/IT
2) Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Education Industry in a similar position
2) Specific language proficiency: Spoken and written English
3) Good interpersonal skills
4) Computer-literate
5) Minimum requirements of teaching staff as stipulated by CPE
6) Team player
