Position Overview: Operations Manager at PreciX

As an Operations Manager at PreciX, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our Knee Assessment Service and overseeing Clinical Trials. This role requires a focus on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our services maintain the highest quality standards while optimizing resource usage. You will be a key contributor to shaping and implementing operational strategies, supporting both current and future growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations for the Knee Assessment Service and Clinical Trials, ensuring streamlined and effective processes.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with all quality assurance standards required for clinical operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and lead improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage the department’s budget, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • HR and Administration: Manage HR-related activities and oversee office administration, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Crisis Management: Address operational issues and crises proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business activities.
  • Financial Oversight: Support bookkeeping and monitor expenditures for the Operations Department, ensuring financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance in clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team development and resource management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for operational functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle crisis situations effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
