Job Summary:
· 5 days’ work week (8.00am – 5.30pm)
· UP to S$2,800
· Location: East (Changi South)
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
· Assist Operation Manager with paperwork related to Orders from Customers.
· Handle customer enquiries / work orders via email/phone.
· Key in all the job requests into system.
· Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/delivery.
· Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Job Requirement:
· Prior experience in Logistic Customer Service support or a related role is advantageous.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings.
· MS Office proficient.
