Job Scope:
- Be the brand ambassador for the restaurants under the group – develop and oversee brand image in media and other platforms, and ensuring correct brand applications
- Develop and implement yearly marketing strategies and plans based on business and marketing data to achieve the group’s target
- Be the main driver for digital marketing – website, SEO, SEM, social media, influencers etc
- Create and manage content across platforms, including websites
- Plan and implement lead generation activities
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and communicate any promotional / marketing campaigns to restaurants staff
- Analyse results from all marketing activities and suggest areas of improvements
- Research and analysis data on market trends, market opportunities, competitor and customers
- Take charge of database management
- Any other job-related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should be:
- Passionate with at least 3 years of experience in F&B or related scenes
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Able to work independently
- Able to initiate and drive campaigns
- Able to analyse business and marketing data to drive business decisions
- Possess an aesthetic eye for photography
