Responsibilities
- Participate in project or Maintenance Systems’ meetings and propose improvements
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and work with engineers for solutions
- Supervise current projects / Maintenance Systems and manage team members
- Manage project-related paperwork such as System extension, Tech-Refresh and obsolescence replacement
- Work closely with backend support /external Service Partners to facilitate project Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment and compliance
- Generate and analyse Monthly Report and present to end customers
- Involve in System transition from Project to Maintenance phase
- Ensure an proper hand-over from Delivery Day 1 to the Maintenance teams
- Manage engineer scheduling to ensure sufficient resources to deliver maintenance SLA
- Manage project funding to ensure sufficient funding throughout project period
Requirements
- Experiences in major IT infrastructure vulnerability assessment, system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations.
- Min 2 years of team management experience
- Min 4 years of relevant IT experience
