Responsibilities
- Accomplish to build and manage the appointed distributors in countries where no company's affiliates and direct customers to achieve the overall budgets above, responsible to all related activities such as price, credit, tender, marketing, strategy, technical support, training, safety, compliance and logistics.
- Develop and grow direct accounts in Singapore by participating tenders, as well as responsible to grow businesses in Singapore by coorperating with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement country marketing strategy by appointing with regional marketing manager and distributors with allocated budget.
- Ensure monitoring the market development as well as competitors’ activities to achieve target market share in the responsible countries.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
- 10 years’ experience sales or distributor management experience
- 5 years’ experience in lubricants, ideally automotive, heavy-duty, industrial and specialty lube.
- Proficient in presenting to external senior managements and training
- Proficient in sales strategy with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mining industry experience is a plus
