Key Responsibilities
• Tour booking and curation of APAC
• Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of a tour in “360 degrees”.
• Provide direction, management, and coordination to offices across APAC in Marketing, Ticketing, Finance and Talent teams to ensure accurate information.
• Develop & Review: Seat Plans, Ticketing, Summaries
• Build and develop tour financials, business plans, tour offers
• Build, edit, and review regional and global deals on ROME financial system
• Collect avails from markets across APAC and develop tour routing strategies.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with Talent Buyer team and maintain the pipeline
• Develop in-depth Artist Research reports.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Agents, Managers, MDs, and related industry participants.
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Live music industry managing “360 degrees” of arena & stadium tours across APAC.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience specifically working with Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore markets.
• Minimum 4 years working experience in developing and leading detailed touring financials plans.
• Minimum 4 years working experience relationships with all major music agencies and agents in the US and UK.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the music touring space or artist agency in the US/UK.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in booking and coordinating global tours for international artists.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with venues and ticketing companies across APAC.
• Superior understanding of regional and global deal structures
• Minimum 2 years Extensive hands-on touring experiences with Western and Chinese artists in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier cities in mainland China.
• Comprehensive knowledge of visa/work permit application, tax & contracting, ticketing, venues, and operational challenges across APAC.
• Ability to build, edit, and review deals on ROME
• Team player able to coordinate with senior level executives, stakeholders and managing directors across APAC.
• Must possess a strong desire in understanding cultural norms and values across APAC and work across multicultural teams.
• Ability to foster superior relationships with Managers and Agents
• Must be an Excel and PowerPoint expert
• Bilingual is preferred but not essential
