The Job:
- Responsible for group consolidation and reporting functions for management and statutory reporting.
- Prepare consolidation of financial statements according to SGX, SFRS(I) and IFRS requirements and other related matters, including announcements, compliance requirements, interim report and annual report.
- Perform monthly detailed analytical review on the group performance and financial position and report to management.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal or external parties including external auditors and professional advisors on financial reporting activities of the group.
- Keep abreast of the SGX listing requirements.
