Job Purpose:
To oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, and logistics, ensuring successful and timely completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage smart building management and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems in the built environment sector.
- Ensure project deliverables meet each phase's requirements, including compliance with scope, technical specifications, and budget.
- Supervise and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring timely project completion.
- Lead and motivate engineers, supervisors, and workers under your charge.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the custody, control, and maintenance of equipment and special tools used by the department.
- Foster strong, cooperative relationships with clients.
- Monitor and control project budgets.
Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in smart building and ELV systems, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) turnkey projects.
- Proven leadership in managing teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
