Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicles in maintenance and repair at the workshop.
- Ensure compliance with the brand's quality standards and specifications.
- Confirm that all repairs adhere to repair orders and guidelines.
- Complete documentation and reports for all repairs conducted.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of repairs.
- Identify recurring issues or potential problems and communicate findings to the workshop team.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors to address customer concerns or inquiries.
- Conduct test drives with customers to identify and clarify technical issues.
Requirements:
- Experience as an automotive technician or quality control technician.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
