About the Role

As an Executive, you will be responsible for leading, executing projects and supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities.

Looking for Talents

  • Candidates who are interested and have experience in procurement for Pharmaceutical products (preferred).
  • Eager to learn how to source, evaluate, negotiate and manage contracts while ensuring proper governance throughout the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities
  • Responsible for leading and executing department's projects
  • Ensure accurate processing and production of RFP documentations
  • Management of samples, drug codes and barcoding information for all purchasing activities
  • Involve in negotiations and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and renew contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of products
  • Manage interface with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, Synapxe and vendors for sourcing events through e-procurement
  • Lead BCP, IT support and other internal coordination for the team

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business operations or related discipline
  • Prior working experience in the healthcare setting will be an advantage
  • Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel:
    - Meticulous data entry and spreadsheet creation
    - Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyze data effectively
  • Comfortable working with vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery objectives are met.
  • Strong communication skills, good team player and a quick learner.
  • Pharmacy Technicians are welcomed to apply
