Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site.
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
- Assists Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities.
- Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting.
- Assists Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department.
- Ensures the adherence to the Safe work procedure (SWP).
- Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
- Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
- Orders materials required for projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in electrical/mechanical/electronics engineering or relevant qualification.
- At least 5 year(s) of M&E LTA working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with construction site activities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
