Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.15pm
Work Location: Tuas Crescent (Company transport available from Marsiling and Jurong East)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding for new employees. - Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and other welfare schemes. - Training & Development:
- Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, including internal and external sessions.
- Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses. - HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. - Performance Management:
- Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal exercises and processes.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HRM/ Administration/ Business Studies
- Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Good understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws
