What you'll be doing
- Day to day accounting work and general admin duties
- Assist to handle full set of accounts using Xero Software independently, including bank reconciliation, accounts payables and receivables duties
- Ensure the maintenance of proper filing, correspondences and records
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
