Job Responsibilities:
- Establish TAC cases with principal vendor to resolve complex cases
- Be the main point of contact for both administrative and technical matters related to assigned tasks.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Able to work flexible hours / after-office hour.
- Perform 24 x 7 standby duties,if required.
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in Maintain, Migrate, Support and Troubleshoot Operating System such as Microsoft/RedHat/UNIX/LINUX.
- Experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance requests such as version upgrade,patch etc.
- Experience in physical system and storage hardware, storage management software and storage networking including disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
- Understand basic WAN / LAN concepts and the TCP/IP protocol stack.
- Working experience with VM virtualization, Patch management, networking, security, and administration of Linux, RedHat or UNIX related Operating System.
- Working experience with physical server such as HPE Proliant and Dell Server.
- Knowledge of SAN, ISCSI, NAS, DFS, SMB, NFS, SFTP and other backup and restore technology.
- Certifications such as Linux, RedHat or UNIX related Operating System will be advantage.
