- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients for the private limited companies and to handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial tasks such as company incorporations, striking off companies, preparing directors' and shareholders' resolutions and ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
- You will collaborate closely with clients, their advisers, the colleagues in the local office, and counterparts to continuously meet clients' expectations and maintain strong client relationships, optimizing the work process.
- You will prepare necessary documents for company incorporations in Singapore, handle AGMs, EGMs, board resolutions/meetings, corporate actions and striking off.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining statutory registers, and submitting statutory returns will be part of your responsibilities. You will also file annual returns and financial statements in the new XBRL format.
- You will lodge changes that need to be updated with ACRA upon director’s approval, attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audits.
- You will perform certain administrative tasks related to clients or internal procedures and handle ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
- Other ad hoc projects may be assigned as needed.
