Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and GrowthCreate and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase market presence in Southeast Asia.
Identify opportunities for growth and develop market-entry strategies aligned with sustainability and modular infrastructure.
Lead complex sales processes in critical sectors such as data centers, government, healthcare, and commercial industries.
- P&L ManagementTake full ownership of the office's profit and loss, focusing on revenue generation, cost management, and profitability.
Develop budgets, track expenses, and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Regional Leadership and Market DevelopmentOversee sales operations in the local office while managing activities in neighboring regions.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners, to strengthen market positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with regional demands.
- Client Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Assist clients with infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, establishing the company as a trusted advisor.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to identify needs and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Team Development and LeadershipRecruit and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive productivity and achieve sales objectives.
Provide training and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.
Lead by example in creating quotes, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Sales Forecasting and ReportingTrack sales performance and provide insights to management based on data analysis.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline to support strategic planning.
- Expansion and InnovationIdentify new business opportunities in emerging Southeast Asian markets and develop strategies for entry to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Any Engineering or Business Field is an advantage. Minimum Degree
- B2B Sales Experience in Power Solutions or Electrical Equipment in Data Centres is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
