Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Build team to put together the plan and monitoring each of the activities into completion.
• Responsible for coordinating with infra delivery resources required to complete the infrastructure build, and implementation, working with the infrastructure architects, the engineering team and the build team.
• Highlight and propose a revised plan if there is a conflicting resource, timeline or unrealistic expectation of infrastructure delivery/build time.
• Monitor and analyse the implementation of each infrastructure project. Recommend re-prioritisation based on the sensitivity, urgency, priority, and type of projects (e.g. compliance/regulatory) and the approval requirement.
• Consolidate the plan against the actual end-to-end cost required to deliver infrastructure projects. Recommend optimization of cost by consolidating similar infrastructure components and timelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum One to three of experience in project management role, preferably in a fast-face, multi-teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
• Attention to detail with creative thinking.
• Ability to work under pressures and with tight timelines who brings excellent time management skills.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence
