Job Responsibilities:


Act as the brand advocate for the hotel, ensuring that all marketing and communication materials maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify needs, develop and implement marketing campaigns, and create promotional materials and collateral.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing activities and channel KPIs, analyzing and optimizing campaigns to meet objectives.
  • Plan and manage our Chinese social media calendar, producing engaging content (images/videos) for platforms like Xiao Hong Shu and WeChat.
  • Oversee and enhance the hotel’s online presence, including website management, OTA listings, and SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand's image.
  • Manage public relations and communications with media, customers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate photoshoots when necessary.
  • Build partnerships with social media influencers, content creators, and like-minded companies to produce engaging and relevant content for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing, graphic design, photography, and videography is a plus.
  • Strategic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, particularly SEO and SEM.
  • Resourceful and innovative, able to identify guest and customer trends, market trends, and key events to create effective marketing, digital marketing, and public relations programs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leading the development of compelling marketing and digital concepts to promote the property.
