Manager, Credit Programme (PED) (1-year Contract)
Work Location: Near Paya Lebar MRT
Working Hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM
What the role is
Working in a dynamic team managing the national Credit (SFC) scheme, this is a well-rounded role suitable for individuals who are good in data management and willing to learn and contribute to all aspects of credit programme implementation.
As a manager, you will be responsible for:
What you will be working on
· Analysing and interpreting SFC data to address lines of inquiry that inform policy and business planning, and identify opportunities for process improvement
· Visualising the findings, present and communicate the insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner; and
· Supporting SFC operations which includes industry engagement, partnership development and appeal management.
What we are looking for
· Tertiary qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
· Experience with Microsoft Excel and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Redshift
· Able to work effectively under time constraints and potentially changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to details
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
