Job Description
· Managing email by checking & replying in time.
· Liaising with oversea suppliers/ clients for online purchase-related matters & monitor shipment status
· Issues a Tax invoice, Quotation and Purchase Order
· Monitoring company insurance
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
· Min 1 year relevant experience.
· Able to multitask and complete assignments given on time.
· Flexible, possess a willing-to-work mindset.
· Able to liaise with China Suppliers
· Knowledge in sourcing for spare parts would be an added advantage.
