Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Develop new client accounts while expanding the existing portfolio to enhance revenue.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with current customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Communication & Networking: Utilize exceptional communication and networking skills to connect with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on corporate leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, coordinating with backend admin to ensure smooth operations and progress tracking.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms and agreements, successfully closing deals with customers.
- Outdoor Sales Engagement: Conduct outdoor sales appointments to engage with clients directly and promote offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales and marketing executive role.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the waterproofing and/or renovation sector is preferred.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for travel to client appointments.
