Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilty :
1. Handle full set of accounts task including data entry into accounting system.
2. Produce company’s monthly & annual financial report and assist with audit & tax matters.
3. Responsible for the process of payments of invoice, bills, etc. and expenses (i.e. petty cash reimbursement claims, etc.)
4. Responsible for monitoring of cashflow and bank reconciliations.
5. Handle the billing of customers.
6. To assist in budget formulation and management of budget.
7. To co-ordinate in the submission of income tax and GST submission.
9. Handle insurance related matter.
10. Responsible on HR matters:
o Employee Payrolls
o Submission of CPF contribution.
o Submission of IR8A.
o Keep track of annual, medical & hospitalization leave.
o Assist on recruitment related matters.
