We welcome candidates with Accounts experience to apply. This job posting is for candidates to visit client office on part time flexi working arrangement. There are opportunities to work remotely on Accounts or HR on other days of the week
Working Location
- There is no need to report to our own office.
- Client Office Location: Buroh Street
- External: Industrial Building
- Internal: Office Environment (You will work in decent, clean, bright office environment)
Working Time
- Part time. 1 day per week visiting client office. 4 to 8 hours per day. No overtime required.
Detailed Job Descriptions
- Experienced in Accounting-related work: Scanning, compiling and filing of documcents, Supporting our remote team to retrieve accounting document necessary for their work
- To support other non-HR or non Accounts matters, such as administrative work, participate in discussion
- We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client. The time you spend in client office is likely to be 4 to 8 hours per week, and your role is to visit the client office once a week to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.

Rates
$20 per hour
Please note that this is a part time flexi working arrangement. The monthly salary put in this posting is an estimate prorated based on 176 hours.
Other Opportunities
- We do hire full time staff; you are expected to visit client office 1 day to 2 days typically, maximum 3 days a week; and you can work remotely on the rest of the week; no overtime is expected, or off day will be provided during peak period.
